Although my "counts as Corbulo" model is a bit more plain than I might have liked I'm very pleased with how he's coming along.
His plainness will be offset by the fact he's the only Apothecary in the army.
The display base is a Dark Arts Miniatures product I picked up to see what the other base makers were doing. It's a decent display base but not one I'd recommend to my friends. Of course I might be biased....
I have Not Corbulo sitting on my painting table along with the other ten (ONLY TEN?!!?) Swords of Sanguinius models and they look really nice together. I look forward to having this army finished some day....
Here they are with just a few little details and white highlights to go.
I still plan on going back to touch up the tiny, tiny lettering and maybe add a highlight to it if I can.
And then it's Titan time....
I'm putting the finishing touches on a Tactical Squad for my Swords of Sanguinius army - well 5/10 of them anyway - and then I have my "Not Corobulu" model in the queue. After that I'm making room to finish the Krieg commission and....

The scratch built Warhound Titan I traded Psypath for. It's an incredible model that's waiting for detail sculpting and then painting. I can't avoid it any longer.
It's time.
